Overview

We gladly accepts returns. Upon delivery of the product/s buyer shall have 1 hr to inspect the product/s and notify the seller, either via email or by calling +8801612483259 of any damaged or defective goodsor the cause of rejection. Buyer agress that 1hr period provides buyer with a reasonable opportunity to inspect the product. Such notification shall identify each and every reason for any rejections of goods. Buyers failure to reject goods with such 1Hr period shall consitute a waiver of buyers inspection right and an unqualified and irrevocable acceptance of the goods by buyer. if your return is successful then we wull process the refund within the next 7 working days or less. If your return is outside Dhaka, then we will make the return once we received the goods at our warehouse or hub.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
